Terms & Conditions

Effective date: July 23, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of stanfixpro.com and your submission of a project request to StanFix Pro LLC (“StanFix Pro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

Website information and project requests

Website content is general information and may change. A form submission, call, text, requested date, automated confirmation, or preliminary discussion is only a request for contact or an estimate. It does not create a service contract, guarantee availability, reserve an appointment, or establish a final price. A project is accepted only after we confirm the scope, price, timing, and any additional terms with you.

Estimates, pricing, and changes

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, estimates are based on the information and photos available at the time and may change after an on-site assessment or discovery of concealed conditions, access limitations, additional labor, materials, disposal, parking, permit requirements, or customer-requested changes. Applicable taxes, materials, and third-party charges may be additional. No additional work will be performed without customer authorization.

Scheduling and access

Requested dates and arrival windows are preferences until confirmed. Delays may occur because of traffic, weather, earlier jobs, material availability, emergencies, or conditions outside our reasonable control. You agree to provide safe and lawful access to the work area, disclose known hazards, secure pets, remove valuables, and ensure that an authorized adult is available when required.

Permits, licenses, and scope of services

StanFix Pro performs only work that it is legally authorized and qualified to perform in the applicable jurisdiction. Some electrical, plumbing, structural, HVAC, roofing, permitted, or other regulated work may require a licensed contractor or local approval. We may decline, limit, or refer any request, or arrange for an appropriately licensed professional where separately agreed. Nothing on this website is an offer to perform regulated work without a required license or permit.

Customer-provided materials and instructions

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for obtaining any required owner, landlord, condominium, homeowners’ association, or other third-party approval. If you supply fixtures, furniture, hardware, or materials, you are responsible for ensuring they are complete, compatible, undamaged, and suitable for the intended use. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects or delays caused by missing or incompatible parts.

Photos and other content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited permission to receive, store, copy, and share it with personnel or service providers as reasonably necessary to evaluate, schedule, and perform your request and maintain related records. You represent that you have the right to submit the content. Public marketing use requires separate permission.

Payments, cancellations, and project-specific terms

Payment method, deposit requirements, cancellation terms, warranties, and any project-specific conditions will be provided in the applicable estimate, invoice, work order, or written agreement. If project-specific written terms conflict with these website Terms, the project-specific written terms control for that project.

Website availability and third-party services

We try to keep the website accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that all content is error-free. The website may rely on third-party hosting, analytics, communications, mapping, payment, or advertising services governed by their own terms and policies.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” without warranties regarding uninterrupted access, completeness, or suitability for a particular purpose. StanFix Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights provided by applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Questions may be sent to [email protected] or made by phone at (561) 418-3432.
